Rainmaker Asia operates fully redundant international voice and IP fiber links from the US to the Philippines. Our Telco-hardened facility allows for up to 1,500 lines operated by a host of telecom providers. Our telecom switch, a NORTEL Meridian Option 81C configured to a mission-critical call center ACD application, has full generator and UPS backup, and is monitored 24 x 7 by certified personnel.

This connectivity, combined with our proprietary CRM applications and Symposium Call Center Server (SCCS), provides for seamless customer interaction. We also offer a variety of touch-tone Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions.

Rainmaker Asia views client security and confidentiality as one of its most valued services. Our network is protected from unauthorized access by Network Security Inc (Sidewinder) and Sophos Anti-Virus software for protection against viruses. All data is backed up regularly and stored off-site.
