We have over 800 employees supporting operations on a 7-day, 24-hour basis. Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) are certified sales telemarketers or customer care agents, with an excellent command of the English language. Rainmaker Asia views our corporate structure "upside-down," with the people on the frontline at the top. Therefore, great care and effort go into recruiting the highest caliber, most experienced personnel available. We also strive to match our employee's skill sets and work experience to applicable projects and our client's industry base.

All of our agents are college or university degree holders from reputable schools within the Philippines and abroad. They all have an excellent command of the English language, good voice quality, sales or telemarketing experience and customer service experience. In general, they are quick learners, adaptable, enthusiastic, resourceful, patient, disciplined and organized. When recruiting, we also look for leadership skills and growth potential to serve as a base for internal promotion.

Rainmaker Asia employs a comprehensive targeted selection process in order to evaluate and select the best among a pool of qualified applicants. Each applicant goes through a series of processes including a resume interview, written exam, in-depth interview, completion of pre-employment documentation and background checks, eventually leading to initial program training, on-the-job training and certification for all qualified applicants.

While Rainmaker Asia strives to hire self-motivated employees, the company also offers a variety of programs and incentives to promote employee satisfaction and increase retention. We strive to provide a rewarding work environment where people can perform well, grow and build their careers. Where possible, we promote people from within and try to fill all supervisory positions, especially in operations, with internal candidates.

Employee communication programs are given top-level management attention. There are regular communication sessions with different levels of management as well as one-on-one feedback and coaching sessions with first-line supervisors.

We provide fun programs and social activities to improve our agent's ability to "de-stress" after a tough day on the job. These include, but are not limited to, Birthday Circles, Bowling Tournaments, Golf Outings, Company Picnics and Christmas Parties.
